Document version: 1.0.0-2026-09-18
Last updated: September 15, 2026
Effective from: 2026-09-18
This policy describes the processing of personal data when visiting druckarchiv.com. A separate app privacy policy applies to the Mac and iPad app.
1. Controller
Janos Felix Kehl, sole proprietor
Finkenstr. 4, 66894 Bechhofen, Germany
Email: legal@druckarchiv.com
Telephone: +49 1523 4284407
2. Website hosting and delivery
The website is delivered as a static website through Vercel's global infrastructure. The contractual owner of the Vercel Pro account is Printed Events UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Etzenbacher Mühle 1, 66894 Käshofen, Germany. Janos Felix Kehl remains the provider and controller for Druckarchiv. The technical hosting provider is Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA.
When the website is requested, the hosting infrastructure processes technically necessary connection and log data. This may include the IP address, time, requested address, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser, device and operating-system information, and technical status or error data. The purposes are secure and reliable delivery, troubleshooting and prevention of misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is the secure and functional operation of the website.
For the confirmed Pro plan without Observability Plus or Log Drains, Vercel currently states that runtime logs are available for up to one day. Other service, security, billing or contractual data may be processed for longer under Vercel's terms. On August 3, 2026, two-factor authentication, sole access by Janos Felix Kehl, and the absence of Log Drains, log exports and additional copies outside Vercel were confirmed. The processing chain Janos Felix Kehl → Printed Events UG → Vercel is governed by contract; the provider retains the corresponding documentation.
Vercel operates a global infrastructure and may process data in the United States and other third countries. Where no adequacy decision applies, the current Vercel DPA provides in particular for the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as a transfer mechanism. The safeguards applicable to the specific contractual relationship are documented in the contractual chain.
3. Cookies and local browser storage
The website does not use cookies. It uses only technically necessary local browser storage on the device to remember the selected language and light or dark appearance. In the current code, the entries are druckarchiv.website-locale and druckarchiv.website-theme. These values contain no unique user identifier, are not transmitted to Druckarchiv and can be deleted through the browser controls.
No web analytics, tracking, advertising, Vercel Web Analytics or Speed Insights are used. External fonts, embedded videos and other automatically loaded third-party content are not planned at launch.
4. Contact by email
No contact form or newsletter will be offered at launch. If you contact support@druckarchiv.com or legal@druckarchiv.com, we process your email address, message, technical routing data and any information you provide voluntarily to handle the inquiry. The mailboxes are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, and are not automatically forwarded to another provider.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request concerns a contract or pre-contractual steps, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our interest in handling inquiries. Article 6(1)(c) GDPR may additionally apply to legal obligations.
Ordinary support inquiries and related personal data are deleted no later than twelve months after final resolution, and earlier when no longer needed. Content subject to a specific legal retention duty or necessary to preserve evidence is separated and retained only for the applicable period.
Please send models, archives, logs or other attachments only when expressly requested. If a file is necessary, it should preferably be an anonymized test file that you created and are entitled to send.
A data processing agreement with ALL-INKL is in place; the provider retains the documentation.
5. External links
Links to Apple, Microsoft, support or legal pages open only after your explicit action. The external provider's privacy policy applies to its service. After version 1.0 launches, the website will link downloads only to stores in which the app is actually available.
6. Recipients and no automated decisions
Recipients are limited to the hosting and email providers named above where necessary to provide the service, and authorities or other bodies where disclosure is legally required. No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.
7. Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Consent can be withdrawn for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in particular:
The State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate
